Class Levels:


Level 1
= Accessible class for all levels. Good for beginners as well as for experienced students looking to develop or revisit foundational practices.


Level 2 = Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking for a new level of intensity in their practice. Must have a consistent level 1 practice.
