• Responsibilities:

    • Greeting members, first-timers, and any other guests in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide check-in and out services.

    • Conduct regular daily facility check

    • Building a professional caring relationship with all members and guests

    • Handling and answering inquiries and customer questions onsite, via email, and via phone call/message/Whatsapp

    • Handling booking, cancellation, and reconfirmation requests of clients

    • Handle administration work and ad-hoc assignment

    • Opening and closing the studio (depending on the schedule) and making sure the space(s) is in good condition for our guests.

    Requirements

    • Interest in Yoga and in Wellness industry

    • Proficient in English & Cantonese

    • Cheerful personality, well-organised and good interpersonal skills

    • Professional manners and communication skills

    • Able to work independently as well as a good team player

    • Basic computer skills for admin tasks, such as Word, Excel. Google Drive, and similar tools. You will be trained with all the tools available for our daily operations, including the Mindbody software (prior experience with Mindbody is a plus).

    • Immediate availability is preferable

    • Flexible working hours

    • Prior experience in the fitness/yoga industry is an advantage

    • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
