Our Art Piece CWB ONLY memberships include access to all Art Piece member building benefits such as the AP cashback points system and access to the 8/F complimentary lounge at any time. Class Packages – Pay for a set number of classes with an expiration date to use them.

These packages start on the date of sale. Class packages use 1 credit per class. There are no refunds for Class Packages.

Booking Classes

Booking – For all pricing options purchased via IKIGAI, you can book directly online via our website but we recommend you download the IKIGAI Wellness App (iOS / Android) for a more seamless and faster booking experience.

Please note that for IKIGAI x Art Piece (CWB) pricing options, purchases, bookings and cancellations shall be made via the Art Piece system. Please contact the Art Piece team for any assistance on +852 9538 1727.

Booking In Advance – Members with valid credits can book classes up to two weeks in advance. Classes have limited spaces available. Once the class has started, we cannot allow anyone to enter the studio and disrupt the flow of the class. So, we ask that you are physically in the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to the start of your class. Otherwise, you may be considered a “late cancel” and your spot may be released to a waitlisted client. Any waitlisted client that receives a notification must also be in the studio to take advantage of that space otherwise it will defer to the next available waitlisted client etc.

Waitlist Policy

If a class you want to book is full, we recommend that you put yourself on the waitlist. Just click on the class you want and choose waitlist when prompted. It will tell you if the waitlist space is available or full. If a space opens, you will receive an email confirmation and be added to that class.

Confirmation email received more than 6 hours before the class: Once you receive the confirmation; all class policies now apply to your booking. If you do not show up or cancel 6 hours ahead of time, you may be charged a “no show or late cancel fee”.

Confirmation email received less 6 hours before the class: Because of the late notice, we allow Client to cancel their booking without any charge. This can be done by emailing us on hello@ikigai.hk or via Whatsapp on +852 9013 3701.

Canceling Classes and Late-Comer Policy

Clients may cancel classes without charge or loss of class credit provided it is within IKIGAI’s cancellation policy of 6 hours or more prior to the class being reserved. For any classes canceled with less than 6 hours’ notice, you will forfeit the class or class credit and your account will be deducted or charged against your class package or monthly plan or a single class payment may be due if you have run out of classes or class credits at the time of cancellation. We have two convenient ways to cancel:

  • Cancel online: Go to our website www.ikigai.hk or open the IKIGAI Wellness App, log in to your account and cancel or reschedule from there.

  • Cancel by text: If you’re in an unexpected situation, running late, or cannot cancel online, you can cancel over the phone by calling or texting +852 9013 3701. Just leave a message with your name, the date, time and details of the class reservation you need to cancel.

No-shows and late cancellations No-shows and late cancellations are charged as if attended. For Unlimited Memberships, if there are three (3) No-Shows or Late Cancellations within a period of 30 days, the Client’s account will be suspended and he/she will be unable to book classes for 1 weeks. The suspension also applies to walk-ins. (The classes that have been booked in for prior to a suspension will not be cancelled, and the Client will still be able to attend them) If a Client has signed up for a class but arrives too late and is not allowed into the classroom, this will count as a no show on your account. It is also very important that the Client makes sure to check-in for the class you attend upon arrival. Please email us at any moment if you have missed doing it or in case of any doubt. All Clients must adhere to class etiquette and respect the teachers and other students by arriving before the class start time. Arrival Time For Class - Studio rooms are open 10 minutes before class begins. We encourage you to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to give yourself adequate time to check-in and get settled before class starts. In order to respect the teacher and other students, late arrivals will not be allowed into class. Please ensure that you are on time for class.

IKIGAI reserves the right to prevent students from entering the classroom if you have missed the class start time.

What happens at the end of the Minimum Term of my membership?

Specifically applying to 6-Month Minimum Commitment and 12-Month Minimum Commitment Memberships purchased on June 5th, 2023 onwards:

At the end of the Minimum Term, your membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. This means that as long as you stay with us with your current membership, you will pay the same monthly price (no price increase) and you will be able to cancel at anytime thereafter (please see details below).

CANCELLATION AFTER THE END OF THE MINIMUM TERM Cancel at anytime. Please submit the termination form at least 15 days before the end of your current month and we will terminate the memberships beforenthe next autopay.

What is your bad weather policy?

When Tropical Storm Warning Signal No.8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted, our studio will be closed.

Please see below the detailed arrangements:

1/ In case of Typhoon Signal:

No. 3 or below: Class as usual

Please note that our studios are open unless a closure announcement is shared via our online communication channels or via the IKIGAI app push notification.

In case a T8 signal is hoisted while a class has already started, the class will go ahead until its scheduled end time and the studio will close right after.

AFTER a T8 signal or above has been hoisted:

  • If the No. 8 signal is still hoisted after 6:00AM, then all classes between 7:00AM - 10:00AM will be cancelled.

  • If the No. 8 signal is still hoisted after 9:00AM, then all classes starting between 10:00AM - 12:00PM will be cancelled.

  • If the No. 8 signal is still hoisted after 10:30AM, then all classes starting between 12:00PM - 2:00PM will be cancelled.

  • If the No. 8 signal is still hoisted after 1:00PM, then all classes starting between 2:00PM - 5:00PM will be cancelled.


  • If the No. 8 signal is still hoisted after 4:00PM, then all classes starting from 5:00PM onwards will be cancelled.

2/ In case of Rain Storm Signal:

Red Signal: Class as usual

Black Signal:

  • A class will be cancelled whenever there is a Black Rain Storm Signal hoisted 'within 2 hours of class commencement' (eg. a class starting at 7 pm will be cancelled if there is a Black Rain Storm Signal hoisted at 5:01 pm, even if lowered at 5:30 pm)
  • When a Black Rain Storm Signal is hoisted less than 45 minutes before the beginning of a class, Team IKIGAI will assess the situation and see if the class can be held.

What facilities do you have?

IKIGAI Central: changing rooms, showers, lockers and a pantry with complimentary filtered water and tea.

IKIGAI x Art Piece (CWB): Changing rooms, showers and lockers are provided by the Art Piece building on the 20/F. Locker keys can be redeemed at the reception floor on G/F when checking in for your class.

Can I extend my package or suspend my membership?

Yes, you can!

For 12-Month Membership holders, you will be entitled to three (3) suspensions free of charge over the validity of your Minimum Term Commitment.

For 6-Month Membership holders, you will be entitled to two (2) suspensions free of charge over the validity of your Minimum Term Commitment.

For prepaid Class Package, you will be entitled to one (1) suspension free of charge over the validity of your membership.

*ALL discounted class packages cannot be extended.

If you need further suspension or extension, please note that a $288 fee will apply.

What if I am pregnant or for other medical reasons?

In case of pregnancy or other medical reasons, you may suspend your Membership or extend your class package for a maximum of twelve (12) months, free of charge.

In this case, please note that you are required to provide a valid medical certificate that contains the date, your name, diagnosis, and the doctor's advice.

What level are your classes?

We have a variety of classes suitable for all levels. Plus our teachers are great at accommodating each student's needs. See Classes to learn more!

Do I need to bring a mat?

No need! We have top quality yoga mats by lululemon, as well as all other essential equipment and props needed for a well-rounded practice. Feel free to bring along a water bottle to fill up.

What is the class etiquette?

  • Arrive early! Approx 10-15 minutes before class.
  • Please remove your shoes before stepping on the wooden flooring practice area of the studios.
  • Turn off your mobile phones and other electronic devices or keep them in complete silent/airplane mode.
  • Kindly keep your voice down by the entrance if a class is in session.
  • No eating inside the studio.
  • Inform the teacher if you are suffering from any kind of physical injury/condition so that modifications can be given to you.
  • Please put back the props and equipment from where you borrowed them.
  • Keep the studio clean and tidy.
