Thank you for booking a class at our studio :)

Please find below some important information to prepare for your visit. 

  • The address is:
    Art Piece Building, 3 Matheson Street (please enter from Sharp East Street, G/F)

    Please note that late-comers cannot enter the class.

    Kindly try to arrive at the G/F at least 10 min earlier to avoid any inconvenience.

    1/ Check-in


    - The check-in will be at the G/F Reception of the Art Piece building.

    - You will be given a token that states which floor your class takes place on, and an access card if you need to access the changing rooms (optional).


    - Once you have checked in, you will then be sent up to IKIGAI’s practice rooms either on 21/F, 22/F, 23/F.

    
2/ Changing Rooms


    - The Art Piece building provides changing rooms, showers, towels and lockers on 20/F (Right below IKIGAI’s floors!)


    - In case you do not have time to go to the changing rooms, don’t worry we have a large washroom on the 21/F, 22/F and 23/F as well. 


    - You are allowed to bring your bag into the practice room but please make sure your phone is TURNED OFF!

    The check-in will be on the iPad at the Reception when you enter our studio on 7/F.

    We have lockers available to store your belongings in the corridor and inside the changing rooms, filtered water and tea available at the little pantry area in case you arrive a little earlier.
