Class Categories


At IKIGAI, we offer a variety of Yoga and Meditation classes across our Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui studios in Hong Kong.

Our goal-oriented categories make it easier for you to find the right class based on your needs and goals.

Taught by experienced and dedicated teachers, our classes are accessible for everyone, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner!

  • Level 1 (L1) = All Levels, Beginner-Friendly Classes

    Level 2 (L2) = Intermediate to Advanced Classes

  • Our classes are taught in English or Bilingual (Cantonese & English)

    Please tell the teacher before the start of the class if Cantonese is your preferred language.

  • At our Central and TST studios, we offer Warm / Hot Yoga classes in infrared heated rooms to enhance your practice.

    • Warm Yoga (26-28°C) = Gentle warmth similar to sunlight on your skin, improving blood circulation and enhancing flexibility.

    • Hot Yoga (35-40+°C): = A more challenging environment to practice in testing your focus, strength, and stamina.

    Infrared Heat nurtures your internal organs, improves circulation, and helps alleviate stiffness while enhancing your overall yoga experience.

 

ENERGISE

Gain energy through dynamic flows.

  • Focus / Goal: Energy and vitality for your body and mind.

    Move with purpose through sequences that synchronise your breath with your movement.

    Level of intensity and pace may vary depending on the class name.

ALIGN

Improve alignment, flexibility and balance.

  • Focus / Goal: Learn proper alignment, gain flexibility, and improve your balance.

    Classes focus on mindful movements and proper technique. Perfect for refining your practice and building body awareness.

    • Hot Yoga (35-40+°C): A more challenging environment to deepen your focus, strength, and stamina.
