Janet is an experienced Nike Yoga Trainer based in Hong Kong. She has been practicing yoga since 2004 and has accumulated over 1000 hours of training with renowned teachers worldwide, including her spiritual guide Sri Dharma Mittra. Janet is proficient in various yoga styles and techniques, such as Dharma yoga, Wheel Yoga, Yin Yoga, Acroyoga, Prenatal/Postnatal yoga, as well as holistic wellness practices like sound healing and Ostheo-Thai massage.
With a background as a former marathon runner and triathlete, as well as a dedicated yoga student, Janet understands the diverse needs of individuals with different body types and conditions. She approaches physical yoga with a functional perspective, aiming to enhance her clients' performance. Yoga holds a significant place in Janet's life, helping her cultivate awareness of her body, mind, and soul, allowing her to find balance, center herself, and stay grounded. These personal benefits have ignited her passion for teaching and sharing yoga.
