Yoga Teacher
Stella began practicing yoga in 2015 while searching for a deeper meaning and purpose to life. Feeling under pressure at work, yoga helped her find away to relieve this pressure. Inspired by her new found purpose, she enrolled in a 200hr teacher training.
2023 was a difficult year. In March, Stella was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer and had a close call with death. She underwent surgery, six rounds of chemotherapy, and electrotherapy. Through her yoga practice & daily meditation, she reconciled with her body. Years and years of yoga asana enabled her to recover her strength after each treatment.
After experiencing breast cancer, Stella reorganized her practice and teaching, covering breathing and postures to guide students safely during class.
Stella wants to use her own experience to inspire others who are going through illness. She hopes that through yoga, practitioners can maintain a
healthy body, reduce painful symptoms, and ultimately live a positive life.
