Our mission is simple: to create a space where you can move, unwind, grow, and connect. With our thoughtfully designed studios, diverse class offerings, and passionate teachers, we’re here to support your journey every step of the way.

We have three studios, located in Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui, over 100 weekly classes to choose from, and flexible membership options to suit all needs.

What You Need To Know
Your Most Common Questions Answered!

  • Item Absolutely! Yoga is for everyone, no matter your experience level.

    Please start with our Level 1 classes, or book in the Yoga For Beginner Intro Class to learn the basics.

    Our supportive teachers will guide you step by step, so you feel comfortable and confident.

  • This is great news! 🎉 Our team will reach out shortly with tips to prepare for your first visit.

  • No need! We provide top-quality yoga mats by Lululemon, along with all the essential props you’ll need for a well-rounded practice. Just bring along a water bottle if you’d like to stay hydrated.

  • We understand that life happens.

    However, late arrivals may not be able to join the class. If you’re running late, please give us a call or WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

  • All our studios have changing rooms, showers, water dispensers, and all the equipment you need for your practice.

    Please note that the size of the changing rooms and the number of showers vary by location. Arriving early is always a good idea to avoid any inconvenience.

  • A few things to keep in mind for a great experience :

    • Arrive early! Approx 10-15 minutes before class (latecomers will not be admitted).

    • Kindly keep your voice down by the entrance if a class is in session.

    • Phones are not allowed during class—please keep them on silent.

    • Respect your fellow students and the teacher’s guidance.

    • Inform the teacher if you are suffering from any kind of physical injury/condition so that modifications can be given to you.

  • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist by selecting the class and confirming your spot on the list.

    • More than 6 hours before class: If a space opens, you’ll get a confirmation email. Standard class policies then apply.

    • Less than 6 hours before class: You’ll still receive an email confirmation but can cancel without charge due to the late notice. To cancel, email us at hello@ikigai.hk or WhatsApp us at +852 9013 3701.

  • You can cancel your class without charge if it’s more than 6 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 6 hours will result in the forfeiture of the class or class credit.
    To cancel:

    • Online: Log in to your account via our website or IKIGAI Wellness App to cancel or reschedule.

    • By Text: If you’re unable to cancel online, call or text +852 9013 3701. Leave your name, class date/time, and details, and we’ll handle the cancellation for you.
