  • Ranjit was raised in a Yoga family and was destined to follow the path of Yoga and spirituality. He began to learn various aspects of Yoga under the patronage of his elder sister when he was fourteen.

Ranjit was always fascinated by yoga sequences. Because of his passion for Yoga, teaching came naturally to him. He has been teaching Yoga for over ten years in India, China, and Hong Kong. This wealth of experience has endowed him with a gentle grace that is both admirable and a pleasure to be around.

Ranjit has led numerous workshops, trainings and classes on various aspects of Yoga, meditation, and philosophy. He weaves the tangible, physical power of asana with the wisdom of Yoga.

Today, Ranjit is a well-versed Yogi whose flow classes are strong, creative, mindful, and intelligently sequenced. His classes emphasise the subtle aspects of mindfulness and alignment towards deeper layers of the physical body. • Yes! Firstly Yoga is more than just the physical poses. However due to the way the course is designed, you will learn and improve along the journey. It is still suggested that a student should have a basic level of practice before joining the training instead of being a complete beginner. This will lead to a much faster improvement during the course.

Students attending the training do not need to have an advanced practice. Generally many students were unable to perform advanced poses before starting a TTC but achieved them during the course.

  • Students with a few months of practice who wants to deepen their understanding of Yoga should take this training. A group class setting does not give students the chance to explore, clear doubts, ask questions, practice in much more detail - which a TTC does. If you are interested in the history, philosophy and ethics; teaching methodology; anatomy and physiology; techniques, training, and practice of Yoga, it’s time to embark on your TTC journey!

  • This training will be conducted in English. The study manual is also in English. However our IKIGAI staff team is always there to help should you need any further understanding or translation.
