How We’re Evolving in 2025

  1. New Goal-Oriented Class Categories

Classes will now be grouped into four main categories: RELAX, STRENGTHEN, ENERGISE, ALIGN, making it easier to find the right class for your needs and goals.

There will also be more guidance for beginners, and more Level 2 and Core classes. We are working on it!

  2. Beginner-Friendly Classes

At the end of January, we’re launching “Yoga for Beginners” classes. These are classes designed specifically for people who are brand new to yoga. The objective of these classes is to introduce Yoga, explain to people how to choose the right classes based on their goals, teach foundational key poses you will experience in most classes, and help develop confidence in practicing yoga!

  3. Exciting New Programs

    • Yoga Teacher Training Courses: A variety courses will take place in 2025. Including but not limited to, 200-Hour Training Courses, Wheel Yoga Training, Aerial Yoga Training, and others. Continuing education programs will also take place.

    • Workshops & Retreats: there will be more workshops throughout the year from both IKIGAI teachers as well as overseas guest teachers. We are currently working on our first retreat outside of Hong Kong to take place in April!

    • Community Events: Look forward to more special experiences like the CWB 3-Year Anniversary and Full Moon Floating Sound Bath with Four Seasons and much more!
