Rebecca likes to play seriously. With a background in dance, yoga, and running, Rebecca has always been passionate about movement and human connection. An advocate of feel-good movement, she loves to share ways to connect the body and mind through the power of physical movement.

Rebecca's yoga journey began in 2006 when she discovered yoga as an alternative to dance as a language of expression and release. With her passion and love for dance, Rebecca often encourages her students to move with music, to be guided by rhythm and breath.
