GENERAL MEDITATION

Body Scan Meditation

In life, we often have a striving attitude - busy getting to the next item on the to-do list to attain more. How would it feel to pause, ease into the moment, and notice the body just as it is?

This is an invitation to pay kind attention to your body. Imagine it a bit like a long savasana (corpse pose in yoga). A mindfulness practice with classical roots. It is humbling that new discoveries can be found each time in this seemingly simple practice.

Tea Meditation

A tea meditation involves being mindful and present during all aspects of the tea ritual, including making the tea, drinking the tea, and being aware of the effects on your mind and body. You can practice a tea meditation during any time of the day — perhaps you try it in the morning to start your day with presence, enjoy it in the middle of the day for increased focus and clarity, or end your day with the practice for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Self Healing Meditation

This session synchronises your body, mind and breath through meditation. Perfect for refreshing the nervous system, providing calm, focus, and clarity.

Over time as you build a deeper connection, your intuition will be sharpened. The practice of meditation helps us detect our own stressors easily and quickly. This enables us to be more deeply involved in the world with ease.

Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body.

This can be defined as a mental state that involves being fully focused on "the now" so you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts, feelings, and sensations without judgment.

To get started, all you need is a comfortable place to sit, some free time, and a judgment-free mindset.

Mindful Yoga & Meditation

Mindfulness is a practice that cultivate awareness to the self and others. Modern scientific studies suggest having a regular practice of mindfulness to bring real benefits to the body and mind.

In this class, we will explore a practice of mindfulness and integrate it with yoga. On top of the yoga poses (asanas), it may consist of sitting meditation, walking meditation, short lecture, and other mindfulness-inspired activities.

Yoga Philosophy & Meditation

This class is a lecture format where we discusses topics related to the ancient teachings of Yoga and spirituality. Understanding the true meaning and knowledge of why we practice. Asking questions is highly encouraged! The class ends with a short meditation practice.


BREATHWORK

Art Of Breath

Art of Breath is an energising yet calming class that focuses on your breathing patterns. You will be guided through practical and powerful breathing flows that will help you perform at your optimum level. Breath & Bliss

By mastering our breath we can effectively optimise and recalibrate our internal state, evolving from passenger to pilot. Learn the science of breath and practical protocols to unlock health benefits including increased energy, lowered stress, improved concentration and boosting the immune system.

Mindful Breathwork

Mindful Breathwork is a specific sequence combining Breathwork and Mindfulness (body scan & visualisations)

The Breathwork practice will energise your body, improve your physiology, while quieting your mind reaching a deep and blissful meditative state.

The Mindfulness practice will guide you to the hypnagogic state of consciousness, a state between dreaming and wakefulness.

During this practice, your awareness will move to various bodily sensations, emotions and images.

It’s a journey of sensory awareness throughout the body that will make you fully present in the here and now.

Breathwork Journey

All around the world and for thousands of years, Breathwork is used for its many benefits. Indeed breathwork is a fantastic tool that gives you access to every layer of yourself: body, energy, emotions, mental and spiritual.

In this class, we will explore Breathwork techniques from different traditions around the world like Hinduism, Buddhism, Sufism, Taoism, and learn how to enjoy and master the source of life energy that is the breath.

Recalibrate & Recharge

Supercharge your mind and body by experiencing the power of the breathwork. The breath is the fastest and most powerful access point into the human nervous system, by mastering our breath we can effectively optimize and recalibrate our internal state, evolving from passenger to pilot. Learn the science of the breath and practical protocols to unlock tangible health benefits including increased energy, lowered stress, improved concentration and a boost to the immune system and overall well-being. Certified instructor and breathwork coach, Brian Lai from Australia, will be your guide on your breath session.


SOUND-BASED MEDITATION

Mantra Meditation

In this class, we will be using the power of our own voice to help us on our meditation journey. We will chant some sacred mantras and practice some basic pranayama before we enter into meditation. The chanting of sacred mantras helps to clear our energetic field and declutter the “busy-ness” of the min. It also helps bring us into a state of stillness physically and mentally. The class will not include any asana practice.

Sound Healing & Yoga Nidra

This class uses the sacred sounds of singing bowls and other instruments. It is followed by a guided yoga nidra practice. It is a great way to promote healing frequencies in your body, mind and emotions. During this journey, the sounds will guide and elevate our subtle body consciousness. It will calm our mental state, resonating with every cell in the body to release blockages and restore balance. Suitable for anyone who is restless, has difficulty sleeping, stress at work or in relationships. It is also suitable for anyone who is looking for a more spiritual practice and become more receptive in life.

Sound Meditation

For centuries, yogis, traditional healers and wellness practitioners have been using the power of sound and vibration to induce relaxation, meditation and a state in which our bodies can heal. Sound Meditation is the practice of using live sound and music to clear your mind and bring you into a deep state of meditation. During this class there will be soundscapes for you to relax and meditate to including singing bowls and tuning forks and more. When in this state, our body inhibits the release of cortisol (our stress hormone) and allows the body and mind time to rest and repair.

Mindfulness Through Sounds

This session is designed to develop mindfulness and help people bring their awareness to the present moment. Through a combination of sounds and music, this class will bring you on a journey that will trigger your imagination. Using binaural recordings and headphones, you will be projected to different places and environments, embodying a variety of states based on each scenario.

Put your headphones on, close your eyes and let yourself be transported.

Nature Sounds Therapy

Take a break from the fast pace of the city and relax in a hammock listening to the sounds of nature!

This session has only one goal: to fully rest and recharge your body and mind.

Studies show that taking a proper break at lunchtime can directly improve your productivity for the rest of the day. Yet, too few of us make enough space in our schedule to allow it.

This class involves playing nature sounds and music on our surround sound system together with live instrument elements, feeding your body with healing frequencies.
