Corinne's yoga journey started during a tough time when she faced emotional and mental health challenges. Through consistent yoga practice, she found her way back to inner peace and overall well-being.
Now, as a teacher, Corinne brings that same sense of joy and lightness to her classes. Corinne's teaching blends traditional hatha yoga with mindful vinyasa flow, she loves guiding her students to connect with their breathes, bodies and minds, encouraging them to be fully present and embrace who they are in the moment. Her classes are all about finding that sweet balance between mindfulness and fun! She believes that yoga should be a joyful experience, where you can stretch, strengthen, and maybe even discover something new about yourself.
