Agnes is excited, humbled and honoured to spread her love for yoga with all walks of life. She is extremely grateful for all her teachers and students.

Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana, Agnes seeks to motivate and connect with students on their fitness and wellness quests. Her classes are always fun and challenging, both physically and mentally, leaving practitioners feeling refreshed and renewed.

She aims to share the gift of yoga by offering her devotional service to the practice and others.
